Part finishing and plating services include cutting of parts from Copper-Diamond blanks and edge finishing to produce Smooth surfaces with dimensional control of the starting as cut surfaces to within +/- 0.002 inch, surface roughness, Ra, <40 micro-inch. Plating is for corrosion control and for ‘wetting’ on solder and brazing Die attach of devices to Copper-Diamond after Ni/Au plating. Copper diamond can be supplies with or without an additional Copper ‘clad’ surface layer 3-10 mils. Thickness for ease of plating.
