Copper-Diamond

Why Copper-Diamond?

Copper is amongst the highest thermal conductivity metals (@400 W/m.K at Room Temperature). Diamond has highest thermal conductivity of any known material (@1800 W/m.k at Room Temperature for synthetic diamond). Combining Cu with various amounts of diamond powder results in high thermal conductivity and tailored thermal expansion ideal for microelectronic thermal management applications.
